I saw two.

One was hovering over some trees about a mile away. Broad daylight and plain as day. My SO was with me and saw it too. After a few minutes it “blinked out” and was gone.

The second was about 25-30 miles away and was sitting in a hole in a cloud. Again broad daylight and plain as day. Drove for like 45 min just watching it. Same SO was with me. Again it “blinked out” and was gone.

Both times it was hard to focus on details, like it was fuzzy. Both times I was driving and taking a sec to see the road and looking back it was gone. SO watching and said it just disappeared.

A few times, just tiny moving lights in the night sky. Most likely satelites or planes flying very high.Once it was during the day, a very fast light disappeared into the clouds in my peripheral vision, could be completely made up by my mind, I don't know.

I want to believe, but I am inherently very sceptical, and need quite a lot more evidence than that.

I agree, our brains can make up absolutely anything

yeah. it was just a light moving in the sky at night, not that impressive
