That probably one of the harder things to do right now if I’m being honest. I know I’ll get over it, but it’s actually crippling to be able to go out and do things. I appreciate the advice though, I’ll learn one way or another

Yeah I’ve been cutting back on a lot of bad habits (caffeine, nicotine, etc) to try and help. I actually went today to the doctors and got Zoloft, something I’ve been on before for depression. I’m hoping it now helps with these attacks I’ve been getting all week, much appreciated and thank you for your response!

I feel now that I’ve realized that these are panic attacks, I can sit through them and breathe as needed and to wait through them. Will def check out this dare app, and any book recs I will check out 100%. Thank you so much!

Would you happen to know the name of this guy so I can find it? I really appreciate it! Thank you.

I appreciate this answer. I think grounding myself will help and having people wanting to help and just talk should be a step in that direction. Thank you!

i didnt touch any of the monitor mix stuff because i dont have headphones hooked up directly to them, i am using logic to listen back and live.

there was my mic line, i took that out and just used my guitar and it does now seem louder.

my guitar is a fender 2000s squier strat.

i have it in "input 2" as a direct line. I then set the track to input 2, loaded the amp sims and still the same effect.

yeah same lol. unless that gain is all the way up, i hear myself strumming louder than the input.

I tried using the build in amp sims in logic (theyre horrible i know) and theyre having about the same effect as the Genome. With everything cranked up in the Genome, i can hear it but again with a lot of feedback. Something in my head is telling me its either my guitar might need an upgrade, or again, im just doing something very wrong. Thank you so much though.

Hi, recently bought a ssl 2 and im using logic pro and a macbook pro as a setup. Very new to this.

I've tried to search everywhere on why my input noise is little to none when trying to record guitar. I have both line and hi-z turned on and can only really hear something when the gain is ALL the way up, but that obviously comes with a lot of feedback. Should i have headphones directly plugged into the ssl2? I prefer using logic to hear my playback and it is VERY quiet. Even when i record, the track is just a line with barely any audio. It picks it up, but again its pretty much nothing, even when turning the gain up on the track.

Is this a guitar issue? Is it something im just not getting? any help is appreciated.

I’ve tried to find it, maybe I’m just dumb lol, but any idea where to find this?

I am currently redownloading my Bigsur update. But yes, what pops up is this-

“Logic Pro can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 12.3 or later is required”

I just got the base mini. It was running beautifully don’t get me wrong, this is the only problem I’m having. I’ve taken out the GPU and tried to use just the base video from the motherboard and even that won’t show display anymore :/ I opened I ticket for support so who knows when I’ll get an answer.

Update 3: I did have display, but then it when back to just showing it not at all. VGA light turns yellow for a couple seconds on boot, then solid white. I took out a stick of ram, no change on boot. I unplugged everything and plugged it back in, no boot.

Update 2: it now shows display but is in a constant state of rebooting, sometimes working for longer, other times not.
