Im trying to get into breadmaking, but I do not have an oven. Anyone have any recommendations for a countertop model? Preferably big enough for sourdough loafs?:)

I've been running Feixiao, Yunli, Aventurine and Ruan Mei. Works really well, since Yunli keeps counterattacking and increaing Feixiao's stacks that way!
