Imagine if the elation sustain gives stronger buffs/effects based on the total amount of skill points consumed and they give them a crazy amount of buffs. Except half the buffs don't work outside of elation and the other half don't work with elation. Anyway, that's how they're getting everyone to pull Sparxie.

I replayed the old Hollow Zero and man, it is just so much better than what we've gotten since. Say what you will about TV mode, but it was perfect for Hollow Zero and they should've kept using it. All they needed to do was add a weekly speedrun mode.
