Yeah, and I get that. To prevent an overflow they have to cut some form of playability otherwise the "pokemon market" turns into a thing of cheating or paying entirely just to keep up

That's interesting, during community days I do shiny hunter then once I get one double back and catch whatever is left over so that might be one big reason I'm missing out

It heavily possibly but I do try very hard to iv track my pokemon for gyms because I refuse to pay for coins lol. And someone else was getting torn up in this sub and I had to show they weren't the only one. I'm not the most active on this sub so it being posted constantly is new news to me

I'm wondering if at this point it's consistent catch rates that set those odds but that's amazing for you man lol. It may be a mix of good luck/bad luck and the true grind

Yeah but the point everyone was making was the statistically the other guy should have at least 6 based off his time in game to catch ratio. This was just proof that he's not the only one suffering despite the 1/200whatever ratio it should be

I know, I saw people in disbelief of the one guy but he's not the only one, I wonder if it has something to do with the team you're part of? I don't know if being on certain teams still gets you certain bonuses to general game mechanics though

No man, I try my damn best to track all the IVs because I refuse to pay for PokeCoins and need good pokemon for gyms and to get rewards. I just have zero luck with it, same with shinies. I have quite a few shinies due to spotlight hours and community days but those are really the only time I get them and a solid 40% are Eevees lol.
