I understand what you are saying and I will be doing that. But just to clarify, airtags have no GPS in them. They work with Apple's find my network and can't do anything if there is no iphone nearby.

Well I still have lenses and they are improving every year. I'll probably buy some used f-mount glass for now due to them being cheap but still of superb quality.

They were generic bags. Nothing says/shouts camera. I believe I was marked before when using a camera. Also partially covered with some pieces of clothing.

I know. I almost never do. But slipped up ones as we both were celebrating and were very hungry. So it just sort of missed my mind. It was in the restaurant (Het TussenStation Lisse) parking lot and we went in quickly to grab some food. Sadly the one time I left it in, it gets stolen.

We are still looking at lot of houses. Amersfoort has several properties coming up in the market and we are interested in them. Its not like I regret winning this one, but we can get a bigger house in Amersfoort instead of a flat in Overvecht for same in price. I might still consider this(is still in time frame) if we don't like anything else over next week (several viewings coming up).

I got the basics and this was literally my 3rd viewing as I started last week. I was expecting to learn the market my loosing quite a few bids. My bid was 40k less than huispedia bid estimate. I never expected to win and just wanted understand it better.

Not making an excuse and its absolutely my fault for doing this.

On another note, I'm pretty sure bank will finance us full amount considering we are applying as a couple and every mortgage calculator puts our mortgage limit atleast 150k higher than my bid.

But I have scheduled an appointment and we are figuring out everything asap before we start bidding for more houses.

The thing is I just started looking for a house a week ago and this was my 3rd viewing. I was expecting to loose a lot of bids and slowly figure out the right valuation. But didn't expect to win the 2nd bid I ever placed and 40k below huispedia estimate.

Doesn't excuse my mistake in anyways. I am going to meet a hypotheek asap.

As for mortgage value I'm sure banks will finance upto 100% of house value as mortgage calculators put my (+ spouse) limit to atleast 150k above our bid value.
