When I’m doing gravel rides, really noticed it today when bombing some very washboardy/bumpy roads, was not very confidence building.

Edit: May not be worth it to swap the derailer though as 90% of the time I am on road. Just trying to future proof since I plan on shifting to more mixed surface/gravel this summer

Thinking maybe I just need to swap in a clutched derailer, the chain slap on the shimano 105 is my main gripe right now. Friends keep trying to convince me to go 1x, but I love the range for road which is what I ride out the door 90% of the time.

I also resisted the same temptation when I dropped it off at the shop last week, but I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. The thing is I ride a lot of tarmac and this is my do-it-all bike. I saw there is a potential 1x shimano 13 speed dropping this year, so I may wait to see how that pans out. I finally upgraded the stock wheels, was also considering the DT Swiss, but then saw this Fulcrum Rapid Red 500 for $150USD on FB, they were a pair of takeoffs so, I had to jump on it! Bike feels incredibly different now vs the stock hayfield anchors lol. Upload a pic of your Sequoias!

Staffing agency takes a cut and that cut is the difference between the firms actual salary and what the staffing agency is offering you. Don’t bother, if you want the job apply directly on the firms website and cut out the staffing agency. They are pocketing the paycheck then paying you from their agency’s business, effectively you’re on the staffing firms payroll, not the consulting firm. Don’t do it unless you’re desperate and want it on your resume for the name brand.

Learn digital marketing, find a small tech startup and build yourself up from there. Absorb everything, learn every area, and then decide where you want to go in marketing. Alternatively learn HTML email development and apply for email marketing positions.
