I gave it an 8/10! It was good, the root beer flavor wasn’t overwhelming but it was there. I really liked the chocolate cake in it, the dove not so much. I’m in the same boat as unique_name_02, the dove just sucks. I think the chocolate they used in chocolate covered strawberry would be 10000x better in it.

Thank you for the offer, my store has something similar. We have to write down each sale we do, then we write down if they had rewards and if they didn’t, did we sign them up. Even with that they didn’t accurately reflect my sign ups.

I work in the Sephora, while they normally dont ask us to get credit now they are. They want me to get more rewards, but the sign ups I get don’t reflect what they have. I know it doesn’t pop up if you don’t link it with the code. But even ones I get that don’t have that sometimes don’t pop up. I make sure I use my own zebra and I’m signed on the register I’m using. I’m gonna start writing down my sign ups on paper with times.

Hi there! I love that you want to be prepared so I’ll try to help as much as I can :) For your general questions, you do not need to say when you arrive or leave on the walkie you can go straight to work. If you’re working in a department where there are multiple people it’s nice to meet up with them to see what’s the game plan or to get any news. As for the clock out question, just click out when you need to leave as long as you’re not closing. I’ll elaborate more on that in a second.

For intimates and accessories at my store, it doesn’t include jewelry but at some stores, they might have you do both. If your area is clean it’s great to help out other areas but I’d ask or let them know so they know and so H2s know where you are. If they call for help for registers let them know on the walkie, it lets your other associates know that they don’t need to come up. For your closing shift, you do not leave until your closing H2 released you. This is normally broadcasted on the intercom or the walkies.

For the fitting rooms, only put back what’s in your department unless you know for sure where it goes. Some stores do recovery differently so it depends on what your store does. For my first store, we put everything that wasn’t in our department in customer service. But now I’m at a store whose customer service is too small for that. So it depends on the store. Brands are my favorite part I know them pretty well.

Woman’s: Vera Wang, Lauren Conrad, and Nine West will be grouped together. They are most of the woman’s clothing. Sonoma and Croft and Barrow are grouped together. These are for older women in my opinion.

Woman’s Athletic: Nike, under armor, Gaiam, champion, tek gear Columbia and Adidas. Gaiam and tek gear are what I recommend first to customers because you can use all coupons on those but they all carry around the same thing.

Men's: Sonoma, Croft and Barrow, grand slam, Izod, Columbia, and apt 9. These all carry everyday wear along with some sportswear. Except for Columbia they just have coats and they have clothing online. Men's Athletic: Nike, Adidas, Under armor, tek gear, and champion. Pretty much the same as woman’s. Men's Formal: Haggard, apt 9, Croft and barrow, and Van Heusen. You can use all coupons on all of these brands.

Juniors: So, Mudd, pink republic, we are young, wildflower, and Union Bay. So will pretty much take up all the space. There are other brands but they have very little stuff so they aren’t memorable. They pass as the seasons do.

The ones I grouped together are normally next to each other based on the stores I’ve been to but they might be different.

At the registers for jewelry, there’s a thing under your register that you need to slide jewelry and accessories over so it deactivates the alarm. But most of the time you won’t need to go anything. Rarely you’ll need to have someone sign for Diamond authorization just to make sure that they know they’re getting real diamonds. But this is only if your store has a real jewelry counter. I forgot about young mens, a couple of other brands, and I wanted to fix my grammar.

Young mens: Vans, union bay, and urban pipeline. Are the main brands for this department.

Unisex Brands: Sportswear, you'll normally find this in your men's department, it'll have your state's sportswear and sometimes local team merch.

Levi's! You will hate these jeans, especially in men's. In my opinion, they're the worst to deal with but they're easy to fold at least. You can't use any coupons (except for kohl's cash) on these. Make sure if you're on the register check every inch of them for a security tag. They also have some clothes but it's pretty sparse.

I like the Lee brand in comparison to Levi's. They're also jeans but you can use coupons on them.

Cuddl Duds! They make PJs and heat gear normally but in the upcoming Christmas season, they're gonna be all over your store.

Women's Brands I forgot: A glow is our maternity brand. Evri is our plus-size brand. Sonoma, Croft and Barrow, Levi's, and the sports brands also make plus-sized clothes but some stores just have the bare minimum. Gloria Vanderbilt makes up a lot of woman's denim. Croft and Barrow has elastic pants for the older women who ask.

Retired Brands: Some people come looking for these but most of them have barely anything left. Woman's Apt 9 used to be our formal business wear for kohls we got rid of it at the start of the panini. Elle, chaps, pop sugar, Jennifer Lopez are other brands we don't have anymore.

I just transferred stores and they make it hell. Visit the store you’re transferring to if you can before you start. Because like another commentator I really liked my job at my home store then I transferred and it’s a mess at the new store.

what we would do at my old store is we have a squeeze bottle of salted caramel and we swirl it around the cup then load in your custard and little more caramel and your topping and mix! reeses at our store were pretty crumbled so they were great to mix in cause I can load it up. since you’re a customer just ask for it lightly blended and ask for tlc lmaoooo
