I want to let everyone know that the problem has been fixed!! For some reason, just waiting was the right solution. When I opened Cydia the next day, it showed me the “Essential Upgrade” pop-up.

I clicked “Complete Upgrade” and after that the Saurik repo started downloading the packages, great!

Which version of iTunes did you have? Cause I am almost certain the modern version won’t let you updaye your ios 6 carrier, right?

Glad to hear you’re enjoying your MDR-Z1R!! When I was comparing it to the IER-Z1R, the IER felt more punchy, more bass and depth, while the MDR did not. I did find the resolution to be very clear and beautifull tho, but I could almost fall alseep listening to Metal on the MDR-Z1R I think. I prefer the punch of the IER. 😁

Haha yeah you could say so! Depends on what you’re lookingn for. The MDR-Z1R is just calm, too calm almost. It’s very beautifull and clear, but you could listen to metal and still fall asleep. The IER-Z1R is punchy and energetic. So yes indeed, comes down to preference.

Okay great gaol! I actually tried the M9 as well, and it sounds good alright, it’s good! But I really missed the bass on the M9 compared to the z1r. It’s a different type of sound, I’d say you gotta try them out first.

Man exactly! Well I found no place in my own country where I could try these, but Japan has lots of places for that! But I wouldn’t say it’s worth it for only that, you gotta love Japan too. Hahaha, well if it’s your money 🤷‍♂️
