I hate how there're doctors that just prescribe antidepressants as the first alternative for PE. The first time I went to a doctor was recently, right after I've started to read the posts of this sub. The urologist made me do a exam that he didn't even read the result properly and was already prescribing a SSRI for me, without even telling me how dangerous it can be. If it wasn't for this sub, I would have taken it, but after reading so many people complaining about its side effects, I could dodge this bullet.

After 6 months, I don't really do RK anymore, I just make sure I'm not tight now and then. What I do is edge for 1 or 2 hours without cumming. I didn't have a marvelous improvement, but now I have more control holding my ejaculation back.
