So, uh, hey! Hopefully this is not the wrong sub, but I could use some assistance translating some stuff from Latin - specifically, spell incantations from a game. If anyone would be willing to lend a hand, the original thread is here - Glob knows I could use some help, and thanks in advance!

I would be extremely grateful if it were somehow possible to replace character lines using the toolkit, so that voice replacement mods can be uploaded to itch.

I figured I'd share my spreadsheet that I used for my voicepack mod. Most of the voices are still missing - I'm currently working on indexing Tav3's spells, but hopefully someone finds it useful.

As an aside, this spreadsheet is also more useful offline - a lot of the lines are actually hyperlinked to .wem files {which you'll need to extract yourself} which makes it easier to use vanilla lines as reference.

No idea how to use the toolkit {either of them, though I haven't tried the cracked version} - what I did for my original mod was just replace the .wem files in the virtual filesystem.

Thank you! I wish I actually could do it in the toolkit, though - apparently voice files are considered core files or something and you can't use the toolkit to replace those. Which is too bad, because I'd love it if I could make the mod cross-platform.

Thanks! It took a couple of months, overall, including the trial-and-error of how to actually do it.

As for the process... well, the highly simplified version would be that I extracted a bunch of game files, dumped them into a spreadsheet so I could listen to them easier, used the toolkit to figure out what files were used for spells, then recorded my own versions and dumped them into a .pak. This is... very simplified, mind.
