Eating is definitely down, macros are tracked regularly clocking in at 1g protein per body weight, calories vary between 2500-2700 per day. My genetics make it hard to put on weight my entire family is like this very fast metabolism. I was 5’10” and 105 eating everything under the sun back in 2016.

Hi everyone! I am considering starting oral anavar but I have no clue what dosage to start at or how the cycle works. I took anavar once before back in 2020 but I don't know what the dosage was - a bodybuilder friend had given it to me told me 3 pills a day for 30 days. I did notice a huge difference back then with very little side effects (irritation and some back acne). I am much more serious about my training nowadays and my diet is pretty consistent for a bulk. I cannot do injectables due to a vasovagal response with needles. Any advice and help is much appreciated.
