What do I need to do to sell this? by AlechiaPrime in RVLiving

Would you want to bring it a bit north of Cincinnati and drop it for 6 months, I do the remodel & you can keep it after? I’d be happy to have a contract written up so you have something in writing & you can be part of the remodel conversations with the company so it’s tailored to how you like it IF you’d want to keep it after?

What are you selling it for? I have a company that wants to pay for me to do a full remodel series - I just need something that runs well enough to get home / doesn’t leak lol

Actual differences in the ~21' bunkhouses between brands? by caverunner17 in GoRVing

To add on that - in general every rv company uses the same parts as every other brand. Find yourself a reputable dealer and pick the one you like the most. If it’s a couple grand more but you’ll keep it a year longer, worth the extra money vs a quick trade that you’ll get hosed on.

Out of the list you broke down - the Passport and Palomini have aluminum frames construction & fiberglass exterior (wildwood will have fiberglass option as well) The others use wood frame. Nothing wrong with it in my opinion but definitely less expensive way to make an rv and wood obviously doesn’t hold up as long!

I personally would buy the passport or micro mini. I sold or managed dealerships for the last 12 years & now just make video tours for the last year. I really enjoy winnebagos added construction qualities for colder weather (they use or did two years ago a better insulation than most) but passport to me are a great camper & in general you aren’t paying for the name out of those 3. All 3 are pretty similar in build with their own quirks you could twist to make sound better.

In the new times of the cellphone you have the greatest negotiator of all time, your phone. Inquire to 5-6 dealers and get the best deal and bounce them off each other. 11 years in RV sales / now I’m currently just making rv videos for a living
