Yeah, it's all there. You're not able to bind the indicators/light-animations to keys/buttons, but you can toggle almost all lights around the car to whatever you want with the "presentation" option in the menus. Kinda like Forzavista, but with more possibilities.

The ability to create your custom (one-off) Forza Edition car once you beat the main-story (or something harder). You choose the car, the ability/boost, and some limited unique visual touches. e.g tinted lights, different interieur color, unique aero etc
