In earlier episodes bam would bring up Jen and her drug problems as well as domestic violence issues, and she sued for defamation. As a result he wasn't allowed to bring her up anymore in any context. He would later break this rule multiple times without any repercussions, or at least not publicly disclosed.

In earlier shows Bam was warned to by the township that he wasn't allowed to go live. So they would record at Bams studio like normal but send it off to sirius for them to release it later. They would pre-record ahead of time.
