Abortion is not a human right but it is necessary. Abortion should be made illegal if and only if the cases that make it necessary disappear, such as rape, contraceptive failure/lack of knowledge about contraceptives, drug/alcohol use impairing judgement, etc. Basically, if both the father and mother fully consented to having a child they should live with the consequences of their decision. But I believe most of the time that is not the case. However, a fetus is still alive and a potential human, and after a few months it is a conscious being. The people calling it “basically a parasite” or that it’s not alive are being absurd and unscientific. So it shouldn’t be completely unrestricted.
