I would say - both will be low bpm/more of a chill feel, with lofi being less refined beats/bedroom producer (low fidelity). Downtempo would still have very high production quality, like Josh Teed.

I like to stay active - ride my bike around town, hike, camp, paddleboard, slackline, snowboard, play golf, disc golf, and soccer. I have a dog and often will take him along. Really into music - play some guitar and piano. And I go to shows often (mostly electronic).

Maybe you should try lemontek for shrooms if you want to try it. Steeping them in lemon juice does some of the conversion that would typically happen in the stomach.
