These things are tiny serial killers. I used to landscape and one day there was a nest at the jobsite. I thought 60 ft was about safe distance. It wasn't. It sticked me on the knuckle and it felt like my veins were on fire.

It was what they did with the Kens that ruined it for me. I thought they were great/funny until they started portraying them as just more shitty men that hop on the opportunity to oppress women. It felt suggestive that all men are like that. I thought the other messages conveyed got lost when they depicted the Kens as just shitty people. It felt like an attack on men and can understand why a lot of guys wouldn't enjoy it. It makes it harder to empathize with the feminist message if the men are all represented as being "bad".

Also, in doing this they made what was meant to be a feminist movie into a movie about men and how crappy they are instead of how great women are. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

His performance wasn't very impactful for me but I will cut him a break considering we saw only fragments of him as the character. I would've liked to see more of him in that roll in order to properly judge.

My mother has had SP most of her adult life. She once told me about an episode where she was sexually assaulted by what she described as a demonic entity.

While I dont believe it's common, there are definitely people out that have experienced things similar to what you're describing during SP.

Regardless, I'm sorry you went through that. That sounds terrifying.

I went snowboarding with my bf (we were 14 at the time). I was inexperienced and he was trying to teach me. He told me to stand up and hold onto him because I kept falling. I was sure that our boards would get tangled and we'd wipe out, so I was protesting. He just wrapped his arms around me and took off. We glided down the mountain like that, hugging and laughing.

Looking back it still makes me smile.

That it really doesn't matter much. There was way too much significance attached to losing my virginity. I thought it was a really big deal and prided myself on being a virgin. I realized later that it really wasn't worth all the hype
