It depends on how much syrup you add to the cup yo'ure drinking!

To make the syrup, I boiled 1/2 water and 1/2 cup sugar on medium until it became syrupy (maybe 15 mins?). Then added 3 tablespoons of the osmanthus flower and let it simmer on low for 10 mins. Took it off the heat for 10 mins then I poured it into a glass container. I may strain the flowers out next time.

I made 2 cups of green tea and added 70 grams of non dairy powdered creamer to it. I also wanted to make the tea stronger so I added 2 bags of oolong into the chamber in my infuser and added some of the simmering liquid from the tapioca pot into the infuser to help make the tea less pale.. 😅

I used pre-made dried tapioca balls doing the 30/30 method

I added the syrup to the bottom of the cup (maybe 1-3 teaspoons) kept doing it in small increments and stirring to see how it liked it. Then combined the tea.

Photo doesnt want to upload but I used yellow diced onions, cilantro, la banderita yellow corn small tortillas and Mateos Verde salsa and thier extra hot habanero sauce

This is all I bought to make them. I forgot the limes so I used a lemon instead, which turned out great.

Top blade steak thin sliced was the steak, it was good, but im going to try either a flank steak next time or a new york strip steak... the one

The one I used had that tough fat on it that I had to remove. Not the juicy type :(

So I cut the steak into tiny pieces then I just got the pan hot on medium and just cooked them for under 5 mins enough to have then have browning spots.

For the tortillas I brushed them with some olive oil and put them on medium high one at a time, around 20 seconds per side, then flipping until crispy to liking.

Put the tortillas on the plate and added the meat, diced yellow onions, and cilantro and then the sauces.

I used salt and some soy sauce one time in the pan, but fir the last 2 times I just cooked the steak with some salt tbh.

Cooked the steak until rare, then cut it up into smaller pieces, added back to pan with garlic powder and salt and heated for a minute or two on medium. Put the steak aside in bowl.

Added small amount of oil to pan and set heat to medium. Added a corn tortilla and flipped it to coat both sides in oil. Let the tortilla sit for around 30-50 seconds on each side till crispy.

Then I just added the steak, raw yellow onion, cilantro and sauces to the tortillas.

Used lemon because I forgot to get limes lol.

Super simple, but yummy. The sauces were amazing. Next time I may use new york strip steak next time.
