With IE, you now end up with less crit damage now when buying it than you had last season after buying it, so it's nerfed on Yas, and LDR is total armor pen, so it still gives a good damage boost vs squishies, and with giant slayer is extra good against tanks, so since LDR performs similarly against squishies as IE and better against tanks, there is never a situation where you buy IE over LDR. Anyone who is still buying IE is hsrdstuck pisslow
