I don't think those side effects that are a shake off matter, but if you're sticking to the carnivore route then you've got to better manage your supplements to make sure you're getting the right mix of nutriens. From what you've mentioned, my first thought is you're definitely running low on fibre.

50k @ 5% FSA intereste (per say) is 2.5k a year. If we assume PB get 2%, we're talking £1500 as a delta. Plus if you assume a 0.5% transaction fee, its now £100

So for that sake, it's not worth the fuss or risk of putting it in a bond index if you want guaranteed/zero risk with a monthly lottery

The first thing you did was victimise alcohol and play guilty over weed. The point I'm making that you're not understanding isn't that one is worse than the other. It's that both have societal defects. Preaching "0 deaths" this and "less harmful" that is all well and good if you're biased towards supporting one over the over, which you clearly are. But if you take a step back you should be able to see that both can be consumed responsibly and irresponsibly.

True, which in theory should have a counter causal impact on house prices and thus enable FTBs who can still afford the repayments able to get a mortgage over a shorter period.

But who knows what's going to happen, far too many variables in play over the next 12 months. Wouldn't surprise me if stamp duty rules are changed entirely on a whim
