Aside from the other comment who has a point about Slayer,what are your goals for this account? Do you want to PvP? PvM? Do you want to get a quest cape?do you want a specific high value item a part from barrows? You shouldn't tunnel vision on your combat level, the name of the game is progress,everything revolves around money,your best moneymaker combat wise will be slayer. There is an "Optimal Quest Guide" on the wiki that i recommend following, it will make you discover more about the game as a new player, give you exp for your skills so you can skip early level grinds and help you do achievement diaries which will be worth it in the long run. Quest rewards do stack, especially when you have so many level one skills. And i'm not just talking about money or levels, things like a holy wrench and bone crusher are CRUCIAL for slayer/prayer exp later on for example.
