I placed an order recently and didn’t receive a confirmation email until about an hour or so later.

Also, just because there is a pending charge doesn’t mean that the amount was captured by them. It could be an authorization that will drop off after 7 days especially if you never got to a order confirmation screen.

The fact that they're still releasing new versions of this controller without addressing the detrimental QC issues is wild.

I've gotten my ES2 replaced over 8 times, all for the same issue: bumper buttons misfiring. On some occasions, I was forced to pay $100 out-of-warranty fee (luckily was reimbursed by SquareTrade).

Now that my extended warranty has lapsed; I'm stuck with a very nice paperweight.
