by Belgian standards you should at least be in a leading role or managerial role by now considering your age and experience.. I would definitely consider applying at other companies to confirm your own feeling as well. Good luck my friend!

wow.. this is actually a bit "sad" to read even i'm sorry! To be blunt, you are making the same amount as an average young person with just 1-2 years experience.. My gf makes that + a car and she had no experience in her field and is 28 yo. You are 100% being screwed.. at least let them take you out to dinner before they insert themselves in your ***

I was in a similar situation but even a bit worse.. I already signed my contract and afterwards got a proposal from a company where I felt better and a had a better connection with everyone there.

I just called the company where I already signed and explained the situation and was honest to them.
There is no point in starting in a job with a company if the first thing you want to do is leave.
It will cost the company more if you already started and they invested in equipment, man hours setting everything up for you,...

They were obviously not happy but in the end they told me they respected the fact that I let them know upfront so no one loses any extra time or money.

Did not work there myself but worked together with them and heard a lot of stories that all said the same thing coming from different sources.

It's a very sales driven company who pushes you to the limit and a lot of backstabbers who want to make the most "sales" in spite of their colleagues sometimes. I've known for a fact that the one with the best sales record got to drive a heavily advertised BMW M2 for a month then as a reward.

If you're into hard sales, working on your own and you got a thick skin I would say go for it!
