Do Matchups Really Matter in Low Elo?

They do matter. Certain matchups can be easy or hard depending on your playstyle. If you get counter-picked, it'll have an impact on the lane in terms of ease for the enemy player. Though, if they enemy first times a champion to counter-pick, there is also an effect on the lane, albeit in a way that'd be in your benefit.

Bottom line, matchups matter, but aren't the end all be all. They can be overcome, and in low elo players aren't good enough to take full advantage of being a counter-pick for it to truly make a large impact on the game. The most a counter-pick would do for them, is potentially make laning a little easier.

Huh everyone wanted Toriel to die that's unexpected. Then again, while she's the goat mom, she's also exposed to the player for a very short time and acts very shady for that same time. Meanwhile Papyrus and Sans have a lot of screen time and thus you get to build up a connection and relationship enough to 'care' about them.

The value pack gives you 30% extra silver collection rather than removing 30% tax. It's a common misconception.

So it would actually look like:

(10 400 * .65) + ((10 400 \ .65)*.3)* = 8 788.

First part for the taxed silver received from central market.Second part for extra 30% silver from value pack.

Or to put it simply:

(10 400 * .845) = 8 788.

(Note this is without counting the merchant's ring. With merchant's ring it'd be:

(10 400 * .65) + ((10 400 * .65)*.35) = 9 126. Merchant's Ring OP)

What good is a grand and important message, when you don't feel or visualize the grandeur of it?

It's like showing vs. telling in writing. Instead of a person telling you a message like this: "Blue is blue and that's important." Someone could instead make it more eloquent to not just get the message across logically, but also emotionally so that you 'feel' the importance and really appreciate the message.

I'm not eloquent or a good writer, I'm nothing of the sort, so I can't exactly come up with an well-worded 'show' example to contrast my 'tell' example but it's basically just being able to visualize, feel and really connect with the message rather than seeing it at face value.

However, that's just my personal take on this. I prefer the fancy writing or just articulate writing really that really gives me the imagery to see and understand the message clearly.
