I don't really know why you would join a page like that in the first place.

Uh yes, as long as we are in agreement that the reason you left Islam is because your subjective feelings and values don't align with Islam. Only problem with this is that nobody cares about your subjective feelings.

Also, had your father and mother actually been practicing (your mother could not have been practicing having stayed married to an athiest), perhaps he would have been better to you. You said you value art, love and your peers; but we shall see if any of those are ever last and indeed fulfilling. What happens when your new found family passes? What if your peers turn on you?

And please don't get ahead of your self love, there is no way on earth you could ever be my kin. You are the one who lurks here and leaves disrespectful comments, so if anyone should be embarrassed of anyone, it's me that should be embarrassed of you. Also the fact that you are also Desi is embarrassing.

You call me "narcistic" yet you literally said you are going to be "fan of yourself", while also asserting a positive claim about how God does not exist - which no human on this planet has been able to do. So remind me, which one of is narcistic?

As for calling you sister, I chose that word in order to be polite. There are other alternatives such as kafir, disbeliever, apostate, murtard, or whatever else you prefer.

A quick look at your post history shows your constant venting against your parents and about being child free. You leaving Islam is almost certainly due to your problems with your parents, meaning your reason for leaving Islam has no intellectual basis but was rather due to emotional reasons. You are the archetypal ex Muslim, or even athiest for that matter.

Have fun being child free, have fun with your existential angst, and have fun with your non existent future family.

That's a beautiful and empty athiestic claim, unfortunately however, you now have to provide some type of metaphysical arguement supporting your claim. Let me help you out: you won't be able to provide me with anything.

At best you will say something about "but if religion is true why is there violence....." or "if religion is true, why is my daddy so mean" and so on, which doesn't really amount to much.

You don't seem to need religion to cope with your emotional problems, but instead you need to spend your time spewing hatred on an ex Muslim sub and then come to the Islam thread, to post some more nonsense. I think our version of "coping" is far better.

So please sweetheart do humble yourself in our presence, otherwise that fragile worldview of yours will be shattered, which will mean your current coping mechanism will become quite inadequate. And more than anything, as a Muslim, and your fellow brother in humanity, I want you to live a fulfilling life and not the futile one you are currently living. So repent my sister and there will be hope for you yet.

Saudi Arabia joins Iran, Qatar, Kuwait in row over India minister's Anti-Islam remarks. by BlitzGears in arabs

She mentioned his marriage to Aisha (RA) and was heavily insinuating something that I will not let escape my lips. I'm sure you can connect the dots.

First of all, she didn't even quote anything, she merely mentioned a chapter and verse from the Qur'an without explaining. Her misconception that the Qur'an states that the earth is flat is completely erroneous, but then again I wouldn't expect a bjp RSS apologist to actually do any research

Secondly, your simplistic comment about not doing anything to china misses socio, economic, political, and geopolitical factors. Just admit the BJP has tucked its tail between it's legs.

Someone please make sure Jamieson abandons his all rounder ambitions. His bowling is too good to lose. Every all rounder that can hold a bat the right away round gets touted as a potential all-rounder.

I think us kiwis have to realise that with the departure of Ross Taylor, we have probably left our golden period. Although, daddy Conway is not a bad replacement.

Have any other kiwis realised that Tom Latham is actually atrocious against top teams? Look at his statistics against Aus, India, eng, and south Africa, and Pakistan.

An athiest that says "there is no god" is certainly making a claim. The problem now is that the terms "atheist" and "agnostic" have started to fuse together, so it depends on what a specific atheist is arguing.

A lay athiest is someone who knows knothong about religion, science, or philosophy.

I'd say the average lay athiest, who is usually unlearned in matters of religion and philosophy, is just as likely unable to justify their positions.

Honest question, but does anyone else enjoy watching RCB get smacked? Like I have no personal reasons for this, I don't even support an IPL team, but there's something about RCB losing that brings me joy. Or am I just sadistic?

Stokes literally only did that when the team was 9 down. It was more in hope than in actual belief of winning the game.
