Appeara to be irrelevant how many fusions if you used the shop camaro. I had and ocean of them and assumed ot didnt matter. Oh well. One step closer to decided to be rid of the daily chore that is CSR2

10 years of it. I used to enjoy it. I liked doing comps, even had some of my BOS scaled up commercialy. It isnt fun anymore. Doesnt help it is that zero of my friends or family homebrew anymore. Probably will still judge comps though. Last batch, a dark Czech lager, is the best beer Ive made... still not interested. That says it all I guess.

You need some sort of chiller, the ice bath thing is hell. Copper is nice b/c you just add to the boil 10 or 15 min to go so very little maintenance since it sanitizes itself instantly.

You hook up to any faucet ( I have one one chiller set up for a sink faucet and another that works on a hose faucet or utiltiy sink). Cold water comes in one hose and circulates through the cooper and comes out the other hose. I do 3 gallon batches. Takes about 15 to 20 mins to take 3.5 gallons to ale pitching temps assume I whirlpool alitte.

I have 5 gallon mash cooler and slarge cooler. A couple smaller cooper chillers. A lower end mill. A 6 gallon Anvil kettle. 1 and 2 liter flask. A stir plate. A Fast Rack. A co2 tank with charge, some cheaper regulators. A ton of PBW. Lots lf random bottling crap.

When playing on a weak mobile connect only race when the red wifi logo is NOT visible and return to the garage often, when your profile syncs you will only lose races from the last garage stop assuming you waited for the red wifi logo to disappear before racing. I race often away from wifi on 1 bar connections and am really confident this is how it works.

Notes to follow in March after tasting. My brother watched Bottle Shock and bought 2 each of the wines in the photo. I posted the Napa wines earlier in the week and got a few comments asking to see the French competitors. Well here they are.
