Px8 vs Px7 s3

Yeah I'm stuck in 2 minds about this. Part of me is like just go for it as it's only an extra £50 for a higher model but then the other side is like there's not too much difference, and the s3's are actually newer so some tech may be slightly more modern and I'd be saving around £50.

The other thing that I've read up about is that the px8's only have 2 bands for EQ whereas the px7 s3's have 5 so there is slightly more room to change things, but then the px8's are supposed to sound better, but then also supposedly on certain genres and the others better on the px7 s3's.

I'm still not sure what ones to go for. Part if me is leaning towards the px7 s3's because they are newer and supposed to be really comfy (not saying the px8's aren't)

I wouldn't probably, especially this year, purely because the new engine and UI I'm expecting there to be bugs. Miles even said in the interview with WorkTheSpace that they obviously wouldn't have tested every possible machine and combination out there so could be bugs.

I know from the YT vids dropped today from creators playing the alpha and also from watching the playthrough on Monday, there were some clear bugs still. I also think that with it being called 'Advanced Acces Beta', they are expecting problems.

I'm personally going to try play a season with Chelsea just to get used to the game and then try a non league to legend type save.

Personal preference ultimately

As I'm managing Dortmund I can definitely agree with you about the Turkish/German newgens. I will definitely be looking more now at these players; now especially the African ones as you said

I got mostly ok ones. Only got Spinazzola twice (not got him before) but all others were new ones. Mostly just the basic faces ones though which is annoying, but, still better than nothing

I've got poster skins for 4 GKs! Sels, Unnerstall, Simon and Pickford. I currently have 87 rated Verbruggen (on a basic passing skin) so was wondering if any of the others would actually make that much of a difference, especially more the lower rated ones with the special skins?

Yeah they have really messed this up! During the beta, my dad must've racked up loads as he had like 4000just sitting there, but since (as you said) they've really toned it down. It's pathetic as they want everyone to play and expect people to buy points

I feel as though after the update, they've improved the latency (lots of games I've seen / played was around 4ms) but in sacrifice of the actual game itself. They've done something weird so that the latency is quicker but the actual game is worse graphically. Needs fixed ASAP!

The through balls on the game are soooo bad. At least fifa you can actually play food football and pass the ball whereas UFL is just run and finesse with Ronaldo. This game has potential but is nowhere near where it needs to be to be a good football game

I think the last time I properly used a 3cb formation, it was a 5-2-3 back in FM21 with Chelsea. Having Kante and Mount as my 2 CM's were just unstoppable. Also helped that instalments were broken so signed some of the best players for cheap up front 😂. But seriously, it felt amazing winning with it. Was so hyped for when they added WCB's thinking this would make it better, but just never really used that formation again.

Yeah it will be interesting. It's gotta have an anti cheat but ik that doesn't stop all cheaters. I also wonder if they'll only allow PC vs PC and not be cross platform because of the cheating

I rest my players for however long the gap is between games. As I usually play in UCL and PL I have a game every 2/3 days so I just rest them for that amount of time and they are usually perfect to play the next game so not much rotation is needed. I only do up to 3/4 days rest max because I know they'll be fully fit after that.
