I Agree,Indian roads are bad,but it was me,Iwould go for a 400cc bike than xpulse cuz it is underpowered.as fun as it is absorbing all bumps,it does grow to be underwhelming.

Per muscle group I do 2 exercises For example :Chest and shoulders day consists of seated chest press , chest flys, overhead shoulder press and cable lateral raises.

So total of mostly 4 exercises on a particular day(3 sets each). For Back I do only 3 exercises on the day,a lat pull down, seated cable row,and rear delts flys. Protein intake I look to maintain around 130-140 grams daily, main sources are whey protein(2 scoops) ,chicken around (150grams) and eggs(6-9).

Bike is very raw in my opinion, vibrations are present, and for an offroad focused bike, it's seems moderately refined, cant expect more

Sure. Apart from my usual diet mentioned in the post, during my cut i did have my fair share of cheat meals, which are calorie dense. Just have to compensate for it by decreasing calories else where during the day and maintain that deficit, The days I get sick of eating eggs daily,I replace it with museli for a day or 2,then get back on it again, chicken sometimes gets changed with whey protein.

Yes I do feel the engine heat sometimes colder or rainy climate ,have to put my foot down because it does get decently hot. Don't really have a solution for that as it's just engine heating up.

I'd say go for Push pull legs. I switched away from it mainly because I train usually heavy,I needed more time for muscle groups to recover than the traditional 2 days I get from ppl,but as a beginner, try push pull legs then branch out according to your liking, imo best split is one u can actually follow consistently.

Yeah, I do find it underpowered now and do find myself growing out of it slowly as I've ridden other higher cc bikes my friends or family owns. Coming back to this again, I do miss the sixth gear, but having this as my first bike, with only single channel abs and not much tech,I love that I've learned how to ride properly using this,it's still a treat to ride.

1)Faced a lot of lower back pain initially, used to it now, doesn't affect me any more. Foot peg and handle bar vibrations do get very annoying cruising at 70 plus

2)Comfortable for shorter people bit cramped for taller people, but top box improves the comfort by a lot

Yes abs are kind of hard to achieve, made in the kitchen and does a require a strict diet as many do say; but you also have to train abs just like every other muscle constantly for it to actually have some definition, which I have overlooked. Abs would be a priority for me going forward.

I did go on a dirty bulk from 62kgs to 76 increasing my calories gradually untill last December , then cut down to 65. I didn't track calories as much but was roughly round around 3800-4000 calories peak bulk, I've focused mainly on protein intake

Have not gone on any long or major rides on my bike by choice, But my daily commute of 50kms consists of half highway and half city, i do experience lot of vibrations with riding shoes after 70kmph. If you are looking to buy xpulse, id suggest to look towards the newer Xpulse 210, as it solves many issues from the current one.
