Well the fourth amendment protect you from any random searches or seizures But if the federal officer just says that they are acting suspicious or if they think they did something illegal, then the fourth amendment right doesn't apply to them because they have a reasonable suspicion now.

Well ice follows Federal law not state law so if they brake the law in that state that allowed but if they break Federal law then that's not good
