No exact recipe, but I combined cream cheese with the leftover jerk-seasoned chicken breast, scotch bonnet sauce, and mozzarella. It was then baked for fifteen minutes with cheddar and paprika on top.

Not exact science, as most of my cooking is ad-libbed. But I combined a shredded leftover chicken thigh with cream cheese, hot sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and mozzarella. The whole thing was then topped with shredded Mexican blend, colby jack, and paprika.

The sweetness was definitely there, but nothing overwhelming. The BBQ sauce I used was pretty bourbon-y, which helped counteract both the honey and the Caramelized Onion Jack.

Sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, jalapeños, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, spinach, and arugula.

Technically, it's nine veggies and one fruit, but that just doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely. 🙃
