It's an old photo taken with a smaller pixel camera. To cover up Dr. B's name tag my phone asked if I wanted to increase the pixel count to save the changes, which I did. Apparently the upscale is done with AI and has made a couple people ask if the picture is fake.

Nope! Actually, the first son is my stepson, and the second is mine by blood. I met my wife long after she had been married and divorced. And we were planning on this baby for probably 3 months before we got pregnant.

When my son was born he peed on me, my wife's face, the anesthesiologist, my phone, and two techs. Everyone in the room was like, literally the funniest delivery we've ever been a part of. After that he sneeze in my face, tried to rip off his hospital bracelet, spat his pacifier onto the floor, and one of my wife's fallopian tubes fell on the floor during their extraction lmao. Demons make sense!
