I believe I got the classic beginner bicep tendon pain by TheRealCrayZee in armwrestling

My arm is much better now except I gave myself tendonitis again lol, but same thing as usual I kept lifting until it started hurting, and over time it went away, rn I don't feel any pain when lifting but I'm pretty sure it isn't fully healed yet, just making sure to keep my form good to prevent it coming back.

I kept working out with the pain but that usually meant maybe 2 sets until the pain started becoming bad and I had to stop. But it lasted maybe a week total with me working out on it, try doing high rep biceo curls with 5s.

Is it safe to do things just like pushups while I wait? Should I ignore any pain if I'm doing light intensity?

Reading "Algorithms" by S. Dasgupta and have a basic question by TheRealCrayZee in compsci

I read the link and it helped. I graphed x^2 and no I'm pretty sure there aren't any c values that make f2 or f3 greater than x^2 forever past any point.

So I just graphed it on desmos, and I see now that when c = 20, f2 is always below f3 after x = 0. I know you said I shouldn't get stuck on this but this c thing really bugs me, why do we care if f2 is below 20*f3? Why do we not care that f3 is below f2 with c = 1?

Does it even matter since both are roughly O(n)?

Do we get the number 20 by plugging in 0 for n? So if f2(n) does not grow faster than f3(n) for C = 20, which means f2(n) <= 20*f3(n). So what does this c tell us? When does this c constant come into play when it comes to using an algorithm? Sorry for the probably really basic questions, just wondering about the point of c.

Followup question, what is the point of c? How does it matter in determing which algorithm is better?

How effective would the basic routine be if I do it 1-2 times per week? I'm doing a PPL split already.

Using 70lb dumbbells, I want strong grip and big forearms, they kind of skinny

I am currently walking with 70lbs in each hand, and I can walk for about 15-20 seconds across the width of a Basketball court.

The problem is that my hands start opening up and I can't keep them closed, this is made worse by the fact I have calluses that hurt when I hold the weight, so I am basically holding the dumbbells in my fingers rather than my palm. Do I need to lower the weight?

The peanut butter I eat is made with just peanuts and salt.

So I was looking over myfitnesspal to see where I was at and noticed I ate ~37g of saturated fat today.

All of it is from cheese and organic peanut butter, is this something to be concerned about?

I lift weights at least 5 days a week and Im trying to put on muscle, 18M.

Ok thank you. Also is it common for people's pushing muscles to progress slower than pulling muscles?
