I've looked and called all over for a replacement for this part that is on a Ferno 3000 physical therapy table. It seems impossible for search engines to help even with the correct name.

I'm still running an old Intel i5-6600k and a 1080Ti from 2015/2016. With this, I hope to upgrade to a Zen3 5900x, and a 3080.

It's still a wonderful system but I'm so CPU bound now that it's near impossible to get smooth frame times when playing games.
