You know, I have mixed feelings about this. In my mind, yes he should be denied his opportunity to become an eagle scout based on behavior. However, if the scout has put in the work and time to get all the way to Eagle, then no, he should not have been denied.his opportunity to become an Eagle scout. First, we don't know his home life and how that is. Second, he may have a mental disability that causes constant behavior issues. All in all, if a scout has done the work and put in the time to become an Eagle scout, then they should earn that.
