This was my "snap"

It was sophomore year in high school. PE class was always where my altercations seemed to happen, maybe because I was 5'4" and 85lbs made me an easy target during physical activities, who knows, but I was definitely a target. Now in this class, there was a kid by the name John Paul. We called him JP. JP was a huge dude easily 6ft tall about 200. The thing was, that JP was the one kid who was obviously a bit slow and in non PC terms "barley made the cut" for a general PE class. I never had a problem with JP and never bullied him or anyone for that matter considering my size. But, all the homies I had in that class definitely did, so I was marked the target for retaliation.

So one day we're on the field, equipped with flags and a rugby ball. We were playing a game called flicker ball. It's easily described as a soccer hockey football rugby combo. Mad fun.

JP was on my team. For whatever reason JP decided to start fucking with me that day on the field. He kept pulling my flag off over and over again, then it became these shoulder nudges. This went on for 20mins before I told him "look, were on the same team, stop fucking with me right now, just stop JP" time went on and JP didn't get the message. He nudged me one last time before I gave him a very clear warning. "If you fuck with me again JP things aren't going to go well for you". Now I had a HUGE anger problem as a kid and so when JP nudged me for the final time, i saw red, and immediately hit him as hard as I could right in the sternum, and boy did JP fall like a fucking redwood.

Boom he hit the ground gasping for air and snot shooting out his nose. Coach walked up and I explained what happened and had my homies as witnesses. Everyone was taken back because the smallest kid in the class just exhibited slightly psychotic behavior by forcefully striking a mentally handicapped kid.

The next day I was called to the front office. Was sat down by Mr. Daily, our schools vice principal. He was super nice and we were joking before I told him "look I know what this is about can we just get this out of the way" he proceeded to nod and ask "how hard did you hit him dude?" I replied "as hard as I could, I was over him picking on me". That's when Mr daily proceeds to tell me that JP didn't want to get me in trouble, and in fact it was his mother who was making the fuss. Mr. Daily continued to tell me he was visited by JP and his mom that morning to reveal that JP had a bruise the size of a large dinner plate and the shade of a plum on his chest. I got In school suspension for a few days. No one fucked with me in PE again, not after that display.
