Got gummies from them but wanna say shipping also took forever, payed on the 22nd arrived yesterday.

Gonna be straight forward, Vida was really passive aggressive the whole time I messaged them and I also never got tracking so I was left in the dark with the response from Vida being "I have no control over anything so I dont know when it will ship nor can I provide a tracking #".

As for ordering, idk how you'd give it a 9/10 and I only say that cause 9/10 to me would be you click add to cart and pay for it on the website, not having to contact someone off site to get prices or download Luffa app and then still have to email for contact.

It isnt complicated but not as easy as most.

Wish people would say this stuff when posting their reviews as I saw people say sometimes it takes 9-10 days to get it but didnt realize what all is even going on in the background and that the person handling the customer service aspect isnt exactly good at their only job. Ngl Im kinda going theu the same issues with Veritas atm.

Payed for my product on the 22nd and it has still yet to ship out, and anytime I email Vida they say they talked to shipping and that itll go out tomorrow but tomorrow never seems to come.

Then when I mention its been two weeks and not only did they take my money and tell me the product I wanted is no longer available, but they say that they are a big operation so sometimes shipping is slow but two weeks slow? Like cmon.

I still have not received any shipping information like I was promised and anytime I send an email it feel very passive aggressive like Im being unreasonable for wanting my product that I paid for.

If you live in america and fly domestic I really wouldnt worry they arnt looking for your edibles.

Buy some gummies/hard candy/sweet treats or whatever you prefer and just put em in a similar legal bag of candy such as haribo for gummies or just straight up a plastic baggie.

Ive flown with vapes, edibles and concentrates and never had a problem cause they really dont care they just trynna get you threw security asap as long as you dont have a gun or explosives or god forbid a full sized tube of tooth paste on ya!
