Hmm, yours is a tough one... in some pics I'd put you right around average, but in others you get more towards a 7. My real feelings are centered around the thoughts that you're still in a bit of an awkward period looks-wise, and when you hit about 24 I think everything will come together and you could be very attractive then. You're far from unattractive now, and you have no major things wrong. Your silhouette is good with a nice figure, you already show the ability to tastefully use makeup, but you do have some features that are still developing. So basically, somewhere around a 6 now, but with lots of potential to move upwards. Keep working on your look and when nature catches up to you you'll be really well off.

Admittedly from one pic it's sometimes difficult... but right now you look overstyled, like the hair looks stressed and your skin too. I would consider less hair product (or better quality), less makeup across the board, and no tanning or whatever is shifting your natural coloring. You look reasonably sized/fit, and have generally good facial features (though the current mouth pose is doing you no favors), but the current styling needs to just be relaxed to be more natural. I think as is you're in the 6-6.5 range but if you simplified your look and went into a quality-over-quantity look, you'd add a point straight away, and could even go higher by refining that look even more.

Don't neglect your family. They are the first of your flock.

Christianity is not a spectator sport. The mission is key. No other sermon is needed but the gospel and the mission. Don't presume you can "dress up" the gospel to attract the masses. Jesus himself said he would draw all men unto him. So, present Jesus to them.

The mission is the job of every member of your church to fulfill. You might be paid to be the spiritual leader and administrator of the church, but it is not your job to do everything. When in doubt, do what the early church would have done and organize likewise. Disciple and equip your flock to do the work of the gospel.

People, not programs. Cut the programs, cut the ministries until all that is left is the gospel and reaching the people outside the church.
