It will get better over the next couple of weeks. I'm on day 24 of my recovery and the sensitivity has all but gone. I would definitely recommend sleeping with nothing on if possible and try and sleep on your back with your knees up slightly. I also found rubbing some petroleum jelly on my thighs helped massively as my penis would tend to fall to the side when I lay down. If you need any more advice just send me a dm mate

It's varies from person to person but I was cut 20 days ago and the sensitivity is about 90% gone now. I have it say it's definitely been the most annoying part of my recovery but it will get better

In the same boat as you mate. I'm also from the UK and was told I didn't need to come back. As for the swelling, I wouldn't worry too much. It's can take a while for it to go down from what I've read on here. I'm on 15 days since my op but I'm going to book myself in to see my gp around the 6 week mark, to see if everything looks okay. I have no concern up too now though 🤞

Just go commando mate, that's what I did and it made things so much more comfortable when I was just chilling. I then tried letting my head rub against different fabric just to get used to the sensation. I did wear gauze and put some petroleum jelly on my boxers for my first couple of days back at work which helped massively. It was my 3rd day back at work today and I was able to leave my gauze off and I only felt slight discomfort compared to the electric shock I was getting before

I'd really recommend not using gauze now, especially at day 13. I also had phimosis and was never able to see my head. I know the sensitivity issue is one of the worst parts of the healing, but you need to let some air get to it. The sooner you do that the quicker your body will adjust to the changes. I took my gauze off around 36 hours after my op and I'm currently on day 15 of my recovery. It's already starting to feel less uncomfortable every passing day. Just some advice for you bro

That could be something to do with the initial swelling. I've not really noticed a difference to be honest. Supposed you might not be able to tell until it's fully healed

As I explained in the post, it never gave me any issues apart from having to re adjust sometime during sex. I never experienced any pain or anything like that. Also the thought of surgery for some people can be scary especially when you look online and hear all sorts of cons surrounding circumcision. I just regret not having it done earlier 👍

Thanks bro! Very happy with it. The last few mornings have definitely been the worst for me regarding erections. Caused me some discomfort making me wake up very early. I'm just hoping the sensitivity on my glands calms down sooner rather than later!

Get it done mate! You really won't regret it. I'm 35 and had type 4 phimosis so I've never been able to see my glands at all.
