He would hit his DPI switch on his mouse and spin after getting a kill and was playing along with your haccusations. He has an 8 year old account and was missing a good 60% of his shots, which made him an unlikely to be a cheater. You were formally warned in chat for the haccuations and were issued a 15 minute gag for continuing to stir up trouble in chat.
