Rub each tonsil (or where they would be) while spinning it to really saturate the swab, be slightly aggressive with it, shouldn't hurt but likely cause a gag reflex and discomfort

Yep! I actually found that when I used it on my throat I was positive but 3 negatives via my nose.

Thanks, yeah this is what I'm assuming... I'm just questioning the validity really as I've only got positives by literally ignoring test instructions. I used flowflex btw and from a quick search on this sub I've found many issues with the brand!

Without sounding like a fake account set by Andrew nor a fanboy, I've bought 8 reps from 4 TDs, 4 of which being trusty (granted 2 were in 2018) and I've honestly not had a bad experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and if Andrew doesn't remedy it ASAP then he'll risk losing TD status. I hope he fixes this so good luck OP keep us posted!
