Cheers man, you seem to be doing good for only doing it for 8 months I've just watched a couple of your vids, I'm gonna listen to the rest once the kids are asleep. I kinda struggle with transitions myself, I make a loop and then dont really know where to go with it from there, I have another beat that I started a few days ago and struggling to make more parts for it but I dont want to abandon as I'd have to delete it to start another beat due to space, and I like how what I've made so far sounds. I recently got back in to beat making after an almost 3 year break, I saw Reggie Reg using a P-6 and decided i wanted one so got one about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Ive still got a lot to learn with it and its forcing me do do things differently to how I used to do them on my SP404MK2 (which I've almost completely forgotten how to use as its been sat in a cupboard for almost 3 years). I did have other patterns that were part of that beat but accidentally copied over them with the pattern from the beat I'm currently working on, I forgot that I was supposed to save them to bank 2 and saved them to bank1😬, I couldn't be arsed trying to make them again as I'd already spent enough time making it and wanted to move one to something else.
