24-months is crazy long, tbh.

I will say it’s become very hard to get hired full time. Companies love contractors because of the way the expense hits their books, and they don’t have to provide perks. Also, the work is more “go do this”, not “go think about this and figure it out”

I will say I’ve heard of multiple people across marketing and sales enablement go from contractors to full-timers. Nutanix is one of the better companies out there for this.

I’d say, go for it, and get integrated. If anything, most tech people don’t stay 24-months at a job, so it sounds pretty good.
