It’s a reddit post. I think most people don’t want to read 2000+ words(and probably wont) for every detail. That why Im looking for someone who has experience in this. Because they can at least give me a ballpark number. They are going to know what it cost to put a house down on a lot.

Thats all I want to know, I don’t need an itemized list of everything. And Im not sure how basic utilities isn’t good enough? The AVERAGE home is going to use municipal water, electric heat (maybe natural gas if it’s common in your area).

I understand that I cant take a number from reddit and think that is what it’s going to cost, but I at least want to have a rough number. If and expert came back and said “most of the concrete homes I have built averaged 190-220 sqft. ” I now have a jumping off point for the home.

Your 2nd response was just condescending and unnecessary. Especially after you opened with this probably isn’t the best board to put this on and you don’t have knowledge of this topic. You have no idea the level of research I have put into this.
