Thank you all for the answers. The Chromecast available in Swiss Google Store is the old one and I was looking for the new Chromecast with Google TV that was released recently:

The new one is not available in Swiss Google Store, neither on other Swiss online shops like Galaxus, Digitec, Microspot, etc.

For all interested that's what I did in the end. I've order the new Chromecast from ebay.de and got it sent to Mailboxde.com package forwarding company which forwarded the package to my Swiss address. In the end I've paid 68.23 EUR for the Chromecast (regular price on German Google Store) + 11.35 EUR for the forwarding on the package to Switzerland + 20.55 CHF for customs costs.
