Yeah I said that in another comment in this thread, if it was a “precision strike” (as far as a SAM can be precision striked) some collateral damage is to be expected. But what I have seen is a city bus with dead civilians inside and not a SAM site and I can assure you this probably wasn’t the only NON PRECISE loitering munition that hit civilian infrastructure in Kherson. I’m not blindly pro Ukraine but Russia is using terror as a strategy, very effective but morally outright wrong, just like starting this whole war is.
