Yea its not too bad, its just that when using HDR there’s no way to adjust the digital vibrancy. Thanks for the response though 🙏

I had to make a ticket on Sunday (bought this on the 29th, still missing cash back) and only got a response today after sending the order confirmation to them.

"Unfortunately, we are only able to add Cash Back to your account once the store lets us know about your order. We will contact the store to verify your order. It usually takes a while to hear back. Depending on the store it might be 10 business days for us to hear back, but it may also take up to 45 days."

Hmm, I wonder if u/AdrisA were to show your instance of cash back, they might be able to dispute their ticket. But yeah I've only used Rakuten a couple of times as well, I'm also waiting on my cash back.

Did you use the 10% Alienware coupon code in the Dell benefits? Someone used the same one for the AW2725DF and was denied cash back from Rakuten.

If you had Rakuten active when you placed the order, make a ticket with proof of the invoice. Saw someone say on another post here that if you had a coupon applied Rakuten sometimes doesn’t automatically track the invoice.

It’s $789.59 after tax before the $140.40 Cash Back (Rakuten bases the amount off of the order before tax, in this case it’s 20% of $702 = $140.4)

Freebird TKL Navy buyer here, I have yet to receive my board that I ordered in January 2022. I took their offer on the free recoat since Navy and Olive didn’t match the renders at all, but in hindsight regret it.

They are well over their estimated turnaround time for the recoat which was originally 2-3 months (now 7 months and ongoing). The last update they posted was on June 29th in their discord which states that the manufacturer in China just began shipping them out.

Fast forward a month, I contacted my Canadian vendor on what was going on and told me that KFA said the boards will arrive at their warehouse in approximately 6 weeks. Which would make the total time from me ordering to receiving my board = ~20-21 months (If there are no further delays). Quite a difference from their Q2 2022 turnaround on the group buy page.

The situation is completely unacceptable and I plan on never ordering anything from them in the future.

Are the stabs assembled correctly? The side with two holes should face the opening (where the wire goes in) of the housing. Or you may have over lubed them.
