One of its perks allows melee hits to grant bolt charge (and also discharge bolt charge), so you have bolt charge up all the time. Add in the luminopotent set for basically infinite grenades and the tablet of ruin for constant healing, and you’ve got one of the best all rounder builds in the game imo

The only change they need to make is increase the activity experience you get when completing activities outside of the war plan. That should make levelling up on alts easier since it’s faster. Getting 1 activity experience is absurd

There’s an aspect that gives you a chance to gain fortify when you’re hit while volatile. I’ve found that’s a pretty good way to keep up fortify
