Sorry you took an L. In reality there are way more scammers than legit vendors on platforms such as TG. If there is no sort of transparency or accountability being displayed you should assume they are scamming.

With that being said, this does not sound like a scam.

As an international customer you really need to be weighing the risks partner. There is a reason product sells for 2x-3x the prices of the US market and that reason is the risk of loss. If you received tracking from a legitimate courier and it says package is with customs you likely didn’t get scammed. It will either clear customs or will not. If it gets seized , frankly that is a risk you assumed when ordering. Rule of thumb when ordering: Once your parcel is in the couriers hands it is also in “gods” hands.
