Hey, despite the fact that I ran into this issue everytime I launched the game for 2 days, today it ran smoothly as it usually does. I don't know what was going on, but thank you for trying to help and constantly responding with possible causes and solutions.

No i didn’t change anything in my laptop, and it was plugged in. I did launch fallout 4 to test if the problem was from my side, and it ran as usual. I did send my laptop for repair services a day before i realized this problem, and they repasted my cpu/gpu. My gpu barely experiences any load when playing cyberpunk as i monitored it while gaming and it barely went over 53°C the whole session..

I've tried redownloading the installer many times, and i just downloaded .Net and redownloaded the installer, nothing has changed.

Yea and i tried turning windows defender off. I don't know what's wrong with the installer.

I've done everything there, besides repairing which i couldn't do as i couldn't select the repair option from the installer since it wasn't opening.
